Origins
Tarkona began as a private record. Its founder — a Jakarta-based professional with a background in nutritional research — kept a structured journal of daily habits, movement patterns, and dietary observations across a period of eighteen months. In 2022, those notes became a publication. The transition was not dramatic. There was no pivot, no rebrand, no marketing campaign.
